- Rate: $150 per night for 2 guests
- Rate: $850 per week for 2 guests

Two Bedroom Cottages 3, 4, 5 and 6
- Rate: $140 per night for 2 guests
- Rate: $780 per week for 2 guests
- Extra guests: $20 per night
- 2 night minimum booking

Three Bedroom Cottage
- Rates from: $185 per night for 2 guests (5 guests minimum)
- Rates from: $1100 per week for 2 guests (5 guests minimum)
- Extra guests: $20 per night
- 2 night minimum booking
- Maximum guests: 10
- Rate: $140 per night for 2 guests
- Rate: $780 per week for 2 guests
- Extra guests: $20 per night
- 2 night minimum booking

Three Bedroom Cottage
- Rates from: $185 per night for 2 guests (5 guests minimum)
- Rates from: $1100 per week for 2 guests (5 guests minimum)
- Extra guests: $20 per night
- 2 night minimum booking
- Maximum guests: 10
No charge for infants and children under 2 years of age.
Additional $20 per night surcharge and minimum stay periods apply to public holiday weekends, Melbourne Cup weekend, Easter and the Christmas/ New Year period.
One night stays by approval, 50% surcharge of nightly will apply.
All cottages are to be left neat and tidy, and dishes washed & returned to the cupboards, otherwise an additional charge will apply for cleaning.
Pomonal Cottages are not a party location, and unreasonable behaviour will terminate your stay at the cottages.
A deposit of 20% required for bookings is required to be paid by bank transfer. The balance is to be paid prior to or on arrival.
Cancellation policy: Deposit or payments are refundable up to 2 weeks prior to the date of arrival.
